dermapen

What is a Dermapen?
Dermapen is a treatment method that improves acne, acne scars, pore size, fine wrinkles, and roughness of the skin by drilling microscopic holes in the skin to draw out the skin's natural regenerative healing power. The dermapen has a needle thinner than a hair on its tip, which is vibrated at high speed against the skin to create microscopic holes on the skin's surface that are invisible to the naked eye. This causes a temporary wound on the skin and stimulates natural healing (wound healing). During this natural healing process, fibroblasts in the dermis are stimulated to produce collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are important components in maintaining skin elasticity and firmness. In other words, Dermapen treatment improves skin texture by utilizing the ability of damaged skin to regenerate.
On the other hand, the dermapen also seems to normalize sebum secretion, which can be expected to prevent acne. In addition, it is also effective in improving the opening of pores and wrinkles through collagen production.
Furthermore, by introducing appropriate cosmetic ingredients through the microscopic holes made by the needle, the active ingredients reach the skin directly and are expected to be highly effective. Compared to fractional laser, which uses a laser to make holes in the skin, the downtime is shorter and the burden on the skin is lighter.
Although you can feel a change in skin texture after just one treatment, it is more effective for those who wish to improve acne scars and pores if the treatment is continued every month for 4 to 6 times.

Dermapen Dedicated(at sentence-end, falling tone) indicates a confident conclusionThis is a low-irritant peeling serum. It is strongly effective mainly for those who have oily skin and are concerned about sebum, and for those who suffer from recurring acne. What is a Dermapen?

The word "derma" means "skin," and a pen-shaped instrument with many fine needles at its tip is called a dermapen. By drilling numerous microscopic holes in the skin with this instrument, the skin is encouraged to recover and become firmer and more elastic. It can be expected to improve acne scars and tighten pores.
Some people may feel "scared" when they hear the word "pierce" on the skin, but it is a medical device whose effectiveness and safety have been approved by the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and it is safe.

Do you want to have dermapen treatment?

The dermapen uses a very fine needle, 33G (0.2 mm thick). The depth of the needle is adjusted according to the patient between 0.25 and 2.5 mm. It is just a tingling sensation. The needle used for blood collection in hospitals is 22G (0.7mm thick), so it is very thin. An anesthetic to be applied can also be used before the procedure.

Treatment mechanism of pores, acne scars, and fine wrinkles with dermapen

Dermapen treatment uses an ultra-fine needle to create numerous pores in the skin. The natural healing ability of the human body then attempts to heal these holes. Fibroblasts play an active role in this process. Under the influence of growth factors, fibroblasts produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. New capillaries are formed around the collagen, which increases the amount of oxygen and nutrients reaching the skin. The skin becomes more elastic and more fine-textured. This process takes about 2 to 6 weeks. Therefore, repeating the treatment approximately every 4 weeks will provide better results.

However, overdoing it may have the opposite effect, so please let us know at the beginning if you have had previous dermapen treatments.
